At that point, I decided that the best course of action for me would be to take a bit of a detox break, allow my body to rest and start again.

So, who am I?

Hi! I’m Kimberly. Welcome to my blog!

In short, I’m an animal lover, crazy chicken (and all kind of bird) lady, a former Jersey girl, now living in Colorado, currently fighting for my life (late stage Lyme disease), and a forever optimist that God will forever make my paths straight.

This is what I blog about. My experiences, my research, my implementation of holistic healing, Godwinks, and all the crazy ups and downs along the way!
